North and South Wings and The Studio.
Out of season: R750.00 per night
School holidays: R850.00 per night
Easter: R1150.00 per night
Christmas: R1400.00 per night
These rates are for the whole apartment for a family of two adults and two children. Additional charges for more guests.
The East Wing
The East Wing is R200 a night more than the above rates.
Please state which apartment you require. One night stays have a R100 extra charge

Conditions of Booking
- A non-returnable deposit confirms the booking
- The balance should be paid as cash on arrival.
- A cash breakage / no smoking / key / noise deposit of R500 is required on arrival. This will be returned on departure after we have inspected the apartment together on leaving, provided all is in order and no-one has smoked inside the apartment, you haven't left the apartment in a mess and haven't disturbed us or other guests with noise
- There are no refunds for leaving early, no shows or some members of your group not coming
- Each extra guest you bring above what you were quoted for, whether they be adults, children or babies are charged an an extra R250 per night
- Arrival time is after 2.00 pm and departure time is before 10.00 am. These times can be flexible depending on other bookings before or after you. Call us and ask should you wish to arrive earlier or leave later. There will be a charge of R150 per apartment per hour
When paying by direct transfer or direct deposit to our bank account please use your name and arrival date as a reference e.g. Stephen Jones 25 May. The full remaining balance must be paid before or immediately on arrival.
House Rules
We want all guests to have a pleasant, restful and enjoyable stay with us so we expect you to conform to civilised and non-disturbing behaviour.
- Smoke in the garden and not in the house
- Braai at least 4 metres from the house as there are smoke detectors inside the house
- Noise disturbs other guests, us and our neighbours so please don't be noisy
- We do not allow music and partying so please do not bring a speaker with you
- We close the pool around 7.00 pm as other guests may want to sleep
- Visitors are not allowed. If you want to invite your friends, they can rent an apartment if one is available
- Please use the recycling bin for glass, plastic and cans
- Please do not leave the apartment in a mess when you depart
